Ashadeep: Centre for Specially Abled

Ashadeep is a Registered Society for the specially abled children. The Centre promotes integrated education and rehabilitation. It was founded in 2004 by Most Rev. Gratian Mundadan, then Bishop of Bijnor.

Objectives of Ashadeep

  • To provide shelter and support to all those in dire need.
  • To ensure that specially abled children are equally talented and productive.
  • To ensure self sufficiency through training and skill development programmes.
  • To create a better society with values of equality and inclusiveness.
  • To educate specially abled Children to realize their potentials and to develop them.

Admission Policy

Ashadeep admits children of all caste and creed. Ashadeep has students/inmates from the states of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, etc.
Government officials recommend and send the children who are needy, underprivileged and specially abled from various stages of life.

Our Mission

Reaching out to the people the loving care of God in action through therapeutic treatment, integrated education, rehabilitation and thereby main streaming the specially abled children in the society.

Our Facilities

  • Educational Facilities from Std I to Std XII
  • Hostel facilities – nutritious food – balanced diet
  • Health care – A nurse looks after the sick children. Serious cases are taken to St. Mary’s Hospital, Najibabad.
  • Additional tuition given to the specially abled students by trained teachers.
  • Counselling is given by trained Counselors to the students who have behavioral problem/disorder.
  • Parents – Teachers meetings are organized time to time to create awareness to handle the children with care and love and also to take care of their health.
  • Dairy farm, Agriculture farm, poultry and fish pond for the purpose of serving quality food.
